I wanted to post this review because I had a great experience buying an Accordion here. I live in Florida and went directly to buy a new accordion. My experience was more than I expected, Mike and Stanislav were so helpful in choosing the right accordion for me and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. They let me try as many as I needed. At the same time other employees worked very meticulously on tuning and fixing accordions that they had. The atmosphere was friendly all the time and I must say I went there two days I also took classes with Stanislav that greatly helped me in my learning. I highly recommend Liberty Bellows.

Accordion stores with true expert staff are exceedingly rare and Liberty Bellows is a gem for this reason. I recently purchased a nice used accordion and had it shipped to my house. The accordion arrived in rougher shape than described, with a few bass reeds not sounding, a sticky key that quickly became a big issue, and leaking bellows. Purchasing a USED, older instrument, I wasn't expecting perfection, but this was rougher than anticipated. I made the 3 hour drive to the shop, dropped it off, and everything was resolved by their expert staff. The accordion now plays as I hoped it would. I'm lucky to live relatively close and could make the trip. The shop itself was cool to see. We made a family day of it...dropped the accordion off first thing in the morning, walked a short 1/2 mile to the Historic District to do the tourist stuff, had lunch, then picked up the completed accordion and went home. Parking was easy, it's in a great Philadelphia neighborhood. Mike was easy to work with and his staff really knows their stuff. It was annoying having to have the work done, but in the end they did an excellent job and I would recommend them to anyone in the accordion community.
