I drove here from Pittsburgh the other day to trade for a drum set. Was absolutely blown away by the selection. Great guy with a lot of knowledge and passion for what he does. Beautiful store with exquisite snares and cymbals to gawk over. Very well worth a visit.

For the average drummer, this place is a godsend if you need last-minute sticks, heads, beaters, random percussion, and anything else drum-related. They have really nice stuff and it's a Philly small business. A very welcome addition to the city.
The drums here are expensive, but Brandon only stocks kits that represent the best of the best being made right now, used OR new. My advice is to keep an eye on his Reverb page, and then go to the store to try out any kits or drums that youd consider buying. The atmosphere in this store is very relaxed and friendly. If you can swing it, its more satisfying to buy musical instruments from a real brick-and-mortar store.
He also carries really nice cymbals, and he even has some awesome used-cymbal deals that pop up on his reverb page sometimes. You can easily ask to try out any cymbals. There is a full practice kit available for trying stuff out.

I love getting my occasional fix of "gear talk" with Brandon. It means a lot to me to have a drums-specific spot in the city, especially one that specializes in the finer side of drum/cymbal craftsmanship.
