        I've used Trident and team Durkin 4 times since 2010 for buying and refinancing. Each time they have always looked out for my best interest and worked tirelessly to get me through the process to get me the best financing. When buying a home, they are extremely well respected in the real estate field. Because we had prequalified for financing through Trident our offer was accepted over others in a bidding war. We just wrapped up our refinance, and even though rates are so great now, COVID put so many new obstacles in the process. It took a lot of patience and close to 4 months, but it was beyond worth it because they really did get me the best possible deal. In every step of the process the Trident/Durkin team worked with me, day and night Laura and Rob would answer my emails and calls. As ecstatic as I am to be finished with the process, I will miss my frequent check ins with my Durkin Team. They were truly a pleasure to work with, I cannot thank them enough, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or refinance!
