        Was referred to Bright Medical by my daughters insurance for obtaining her incontinence supplies. Explained to Bright Medical of the insurance we have twice; once on phone and then by email. Was told it wouldnt be a problem. After over a month with no further communication so I emailed asking for an update and then received a call saying they dont participate with her insurance. Terrible communication and now we need to start entire process again with another company meanwhile my daughter DOES NOT HAVE WHAT SHE NEEDS! Unacceptable!!
