My doctor wrote a script for a fully electric bed. They sent a semi-electric bed they took my old bed apart and told me they weren't allowed to put it back together again. The Girl that delivered the bed called down to the warehouse to discuss the mistake. She got off the phone and said she would be back later that day or the next with the correct bed, I no longer had a bed so I had to keep the wrong bed until she came back. She never came back several calls later, Nothing but crap. I had to have my doctor send another script. they finally called back and said they had my bed but it wasn't covered by my insurance because my insurance only lets me have 1 bed every 5 years. They were counting the wrong bed as my new bed. Now they want me to pay for the wrong bed THIS COMPANY IS NOTHING BUT INSURANCE FRAUD taking advantage of handicapped old people

I've been waiting since January (6 months) for my order. In March, I was called and told part of it is in. I was asked if I wanted to wait for the rest and I agreed. By April, I called to get what they had as I was tired of waiting. My order was given to someone else and had to be reordered. Now July, still no order. No one calls. Last time I spoke to the rep she told me if I couldn't wait I should go somewhere else. I left numerous messages for the GM, no call back yet. After using them for several years, I have seen a severe decline in customer service. No follow up for reorders. No return calls. I will be advising my insurer as well. I do NOT recommend this company.

I never get phone calls back like they say they will. Also i have not received my reservoir in over a year!

Took 6 months to send me a bill. Billing system is very messed up. They have an online system that is not connected to their accounting apparently.
