Eileen was an absolute god send for my first iron infusion experience. She explained everything very thoroughly and made sure I was comfortable and felt less nervous. She talked to me and made sure I was aware of what to look for when getting the infusion. Only thing I'd suggest is getting a warmer for the blankets ha-ha cause they were freezing!

I cannot begin to tell you how wonderful the Infusion Center of PA is. Vanessa and staff went above and beyond to help me get my Remicade infusion approved with my insurance company. My situation is a little different than most since I live in another state and was only in town helping my mother with a broken ankle during the time I was due for my infusion. Between my GI Dr's office, my insurance company and iCPA, it took over a week and a half to get all worked out and approved. This was not something ICPA had to participate in for a patient that was only going to be there for one infusion. For this, I am so grateful. Now, the day comes for my infusion. I arrived at the Center City office and got to meet Vanessa, who helped me so much. It was nice to put a smiley face to the voice I was talking to pretty much every day for over a week. She brought me back and introduced me to Nurse Maggie. I gave Maggie the low down on my veins since I am a hard stick and she was able to get a great IV into my arm in one try. ( She gets 5 Stars for just that) Maggie made me feel very comfortable during my infusion. I had a great time talking with Maggie and the other people getting infusions. I left there feeling like I have been going there for years. If I ever move back to the area, I can guarantee you that I would definitely want to have my infusion at ICPA.
