Quest Diagnostics Knights Road

42922 went in today and they had to stick me three times' seems like they just can't get good help. This location was one of the best ones I guess it comes with the times last two times we were here it's just been horrible. Came today even though the doctor faxed over orders they didn't put them in the lady refused to put them in and said the doctors had to send them electronically. I came here Monday and now it's Thursday and they still twice got my name wrong instead of Mills a lady kept saying miles. It seem like the reason she didn't want to do the data entry because she couldn't spell how can you have a job if you can't spell. Took her two times to try to find a vein I guess that's typical. The lady that took care of me said I must be dead because her thermal reader wouldn't read my temperature as it indicated it my temperature was low after finally checking like 10 times got 93, but she made sure all the other staff knew too. This is not how you treat humans. I know it's hard to find workers nowadays but maybe you should try a different location.

Do not come here. Lab technician was cierra, incredibly rude and unprofessional, was very obvious she hates her job and takes it out on anyone that walks in the door.

Stopped in at knights road quest diagnostics. I encountered two female Spanish employees one with glasses on and one with no glasses. There were a few people so I stayed in my car and I received a text that it is time to come in and get labs done. It was the girl without the glasses who was RUDE AND ARROGANT saying "I never texted you" "The way it works is that you have to wait at the end of the line because there are people in the waiting room that go before you since your a walk-in" she kept insisting that she never texted me that its now to come in even though I desperately showed her that its written here on my phone. Listen I have a serious medical condition that's ruling out to see if I have CANCER at 23 yrs old. My primary doctor requested me to get labs drawn today. Well the way this Spanish girl was acting my fear when It would come time for my bloodwork she's say "sorry were closed" The whole experience was unprofessional. I don't appreciate the nasty faces she was making. This girl without the glasses a few months ago drew my blood and caused a big hematoma. & With her nastiness it would be better for me to go to the welsh road location

Terrible place!!!Lady who did my blood work was rude and unprofessional. After her I have huge bruise on my left hand even one week after.When I asked her question what should I do after my drug test she was ignoring me and she was mad because I tried to talk to her. So never again I would go to this place!!!
