If could go Below 0* it will be the highest... The very Worst experience ever the lazy workers... You call in advance and they never got the prescriptions ready plus I don't understand How they leve a voice messages for you know prescriptions are ready for pick it up... I received text messages the same thing and after few days I come to pick it up they said is not ready you have to come back in 20 minutes...or Come back in an hour... Or Go back to drive thru line by the time you back it will be ready.... the waiting time is terrible... The drive thru is a mess people do line in three places and will never recommend this place to no body...

The outside of your store is looking like the hood, I walk along Revere and the cement is pitiful. Again just like (Acme) 1 person to ring up prescriptions w. 9 customers waiting. Sorry but it's true

Came here for a covid test, when I came in they told me to go back outside and wait in my car, I had to wait for quite a while before someone came to me, it seemed kind of unorganized but the person collecting my test was nice

I cannot say anything positive about this store. I will give credit to the overworked and obviously undertrained teenagers managing it who are doing their best. Every time I have visited the store recently, there are little to no staff. The interactions we've had have only come when we've had to ask for help when the self checkouts do not work. Last Sunday, all but one were either down or glitching and there was one kid running back and forth while also trying to ring up everyone who didn't use self checkout. The store is an eyesore from outside and management is nowhere to be found. When asked who we could speak with above the store manager, we were told it was pointless because the regional didn't care about his staff or the store and only about belittling them. We will no longer be using this location for our prescriptions or quick trips despite it being close by. Upper management is obviously not too concerned as the staff made that clear to us. Maybe it is time to look for someone new to oversee their store as this person isn't do their job.
