        You call to make an appointment and no one calls back to schedule it. I have had to wait more than an hour multiple times for a letter that has been supposedly made just waiting for pickup.

        This place is the worst! Had a appointment at 10 and wasn't seen till 11:30. Ppl was seen before me that was coming after me! These ppl never pick up they phones. I will be switching my doctors this week. This is a hot mess smh
