        The answering service person was great, the woman that I was transferred to for booking the appointment was not. I understand, it can be a wait to get in but people deserve compassion and understanding when calling for a concerning issue. On the flip side I ended up booking at 1516 Locust in Center City. The booking person at Locust was wonderful. She listened and aswered my questions and it was a pleasant overall experience. I recommend re-training the phone staff at Tower or switching to the answering service. I also, recommend going elsewhere.
