I've been a patient here for most of my life. Sadly, this place has gone downhill. While Karen is a good PCP, the front desk staff are unhelpful and never return phone calls. Will be going elsewhere for primary care.

Rude and unhelpful staff. Woefully disorganized. Better luck drawing water from a stone than finding someone with an idea of what's going on here.

Ive been going to this office for 20 years. Never had a bad experience. The doctors are always good, staffing are always polite. appreciate that Im glad youre there. Cant imagine why anybody would say anything else.

My grandmother is a long time patient of this office so when I moved to the area I set up with my insurance company to also be a patient with this office. When I called to make an appointment the woman who answered the phone was EXTREMELY rude. She clearly did not want to be bothered with my phone call. She asked if I was already a patient there and I stated that my insurance company just added me and told me that they shouldnt have done that because they werent accepting new patients then proceeded to HANG UP ON ME before I could even utter another word. I have never in my entire life had someone treat me so poorly when all I wanted to do was make a simple doctors appointment. How was I supposed to know that they werent accepting new patients if my insurance company said they were? If I could give zero stars I would. GET BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Every time anyone in my family goes for anything not basic they give us a script to have something done and say make an appointment with a specialist. In the past 6 months my daughter has been there twice once for kidney stones and was told make an appointment with a urologist but no suggestion them for migraines just last week she was given a script for a CT scan and told to see a neurologist. Again no recommendation. They do the bare minimum. So unless you're going there and know exactly what you need to ask for find another doctor.
