I have been coming here for years I'm to say but it's close to my house I find that the majority of the staff are so ignorant and think they are better than the people in our community all they do is lie and guess but when you catch them in the act your wrong.i was hoping now that jefferson took over it would change but nope it has not same dirty attitude and ignorance I just want to get my mother out of here this place is garbage and should be shut down

Sadly Youd be better suffering than going here . Take the extra time and go to Abington or up North East

The care my mother received here was exceptional. However, after she died from Stage 4 lung cancer, the hospital staff "lost" (i.e. STOLE) my dead mother's jewelry and wallet, along with her other belongings. When "Patient Advocacy" (what a joke) called me back, Kim gave me all sorts of attitude when I asked her what they would do about "losing" her belongings and making my estate management more difficult than it needed to be, and basically told me to go pound sand. Unacceptable.

They never answer the phone. They are lazy. Don't ever go there you,ll be sorry. No good service they always hang up the phone or have you waiting on the phone for 10 to 15 minutes, and then the phone hangs up automatically.
