Kadampa Meditation Center Philadelphia

I have been attending classes at the Philadelphia and Collingswood centers for several years. The teachers are very inspiring and give you many tools that will improve your daily interactions outside of meditation. I only wish that I had found this practice when I was younger because it has helped me with relationships at home and work. If you want to improve your life and meet an amazing group of people this center is absolutely guaranteed to do that!

The new location is absolutely beautiful! I have been coming to the center for over 4 years. The teachers are very kind and knowledgeable, making Buddhas teachings understandable and relatable to all of us and useful in our everyday lives. The classes have helped me to establish and maintain my daily meditation practice. Many classes available in the Philadelphia location and a great Wednesday evening class is held in Collingswood NJ location.
