    The strength of Kessuda’s method ant the intensity wich she has maintained our exchanges have led far the sadness where i have been bogged down for a long time. The work of becoming aware, where she patiently accompanied me, allowed me to look more clearly at my limitations, my strengths, and to analyze in another light my mistakes, my fears, and my guilt. Most of all, i have managed to connect to this source wich I have only a glimpse, a calm water where all the events of life can bathe, without getting lost in the quicksand of emotions. The questions asked by Kessuda allowed me to reconnected with my inner guide and i feel today full of a brand new energy. Our interviews and his diagnosis allowed me to cross an abyss… Thank you Kessuda for guiding me on the path of the enneagramme.

    My life in the mindfulness practice has a wonderful improvement. Kassuda has coached me to this amazing mindfulness pathway. she walked me through the awareness my body, emotion and thought. The process is so wonderful and it made me shifted and also transformed. After the 10 sessions of mindfulness coaching, I found myself it's a new "me" it's the love of myself the love that I can give to others. I recommend highly to anyone who would love to experiment this deep and practical process. Thank you Kessuda for introducing me to this wonderful experiences.

    My wife and I were facing some difficulties in our relationship, we decided to make a trip from France to America to do homestay intensive sessions with Kess Kess helped us to clarify our personal and relationship’s needs. This search it comes from the ability to pay attention to body feelings and emotions. Kess always welcome my words, my feelings, and my tears. She holding space for my preconceived ideas and judgment. Then help us to identify the needs and make clear and negotiable requests. Finally, we were invited to find and apply some guidelines in order to improve the quality of our relationships. I went through many processes of self-improvement during the last 30 years and I benefited from many of them. But with Kess, I’m so impressed with her skill and experience to gather and combine the number of tools and techniques which I never found earlier: a huge capability of deep listening associated with a nonjudgmental attitude, natural compassion and sense of caring, and a deep knowledge of the human mind. Non Violent Communication being her standard, she gently pushes us to communicate this way. She combined the enneagram to increase our understanding of ourselves and others. She teaches yoga and meditation in a way which matches everyone’s capability. Much more than just intellectual knowledge, she proposes a path of profound and respectful changes.
