        They charge extra to wash your clothes in hot water. They have a sign posted about the restroom being for customers only but when you ask for the key..they say the bathroom is open. There are never enough laundry carts for a busy day and the other locations offer help with your laundry bags to and from the car. This one cant even keep their dryers running properly. They also block off the giant dryers for employee use only even when their not in use.

        I love the laundry cafe it's always a positive energy when you first walk through the doors the staff is nice professional always willing to help when needed it's just a really positive atmosphere and I do recommend using the laundry cafe.
