        Nick was very approachable and easy to talk to and had an authentic demeanor. I've been to several jewelry shops that have tried up selling me on services or items that I didn't need. Nick is a straight shooter and will tell you what's up without the bs. highly recommend!

        Extremely displeased. Owner wanted $40 for simple battery replacementtwice what the watch manufacturer charges. Said he needed two hours to break & replace the waterproof gasket, which the watch does not have. Went next door to a husband & wife shop. They did it in 2 minutes for $10. Taking advantage of folks is bad business.
