I had the ring mailed to me free of charge, and once it arrived I decided to go down one size. We got my engagement ring here as well as our wedding bands. The rings are spectacular, in particular the engagement ring diamond is super high quality and was a reasonable price. The staff is professional, attentive, and knowledgeable. One of my favorite parts of the experience was how calm it was! They took their time showing us just a couple of options at once, unlike the other jeweler we went to who handed us an 800-page book to look through. They were super patient with us as we made our decisions. It's been just a pleasant experience all around every time we've gone!

We purchased my ring from this company thats big selling point on the ring was its designer name. They kept pushing what a great designer it was. When we went to order direct from the designer for the matching wedding band we quickly found out it wasnt a ring belonging to this designer. When we went back and confronted him he acted like it was an innocent mistake. Im sorry but a jeweler knows what hes selling. He scammed us. He ended up making good on it because he knew he was wrong. He ordered us the matching wedding band for the ring we bought from him. Fast forward a few years when we decided to get the ring appraised for insurance reasons. The GIA number on the diamond doesnt even match the GIA number on the certificate. This guy is a total scammer! There are too many other places to go. Dont trust him.

With our selection of over 1,000 ring styles in stock, you narrowed your favorites down to two stunning designer rings - one from Scott Kay and one from Sophia Designs. You selected the Sophia ring as your favorite, which was the ring we delivered to you. At a later date when you came back for a matching wedding band, you expressed a misunderstanding between the two similar designer names, but you reconfirmed to us that the ring you received was the ring you selected.In an effort to ease any potential previous concerns, we provided you with the matching band at no cost. You very much appreciated the gesture and accepted the complimentary band. After receipt of the ring, we never heard from you again.It seems you are now inferring the diamond you selected was not the diamond we provided. Knowing you purchased that diamond over 6 years ago and have not come back to us since getting your rings, we can only assume that your rings have been serviced and cleaned by other stores, jewelers, appraisers, etc., and we can no longer vouch for the history of where your diamond has been. Our reputation over 70 years in business is a testament to our trustworthiness, transparency, and by-the-book operations. We have nothing to gain (and too much to lose) by trying to deliver a different ring or diamond to you, or any of our other clients.We sincerely apologize for any potential miscommunication and will still always be here to serve you in any way possible.
