Integrity and great workmanship. Would recommend to anyone looking for someone who you can depend on. Showed up on time , finished early you would never know they were there if you didn’t see new concrete.

The pits. I hired Franco Concrete for a few jobs. My front steps were not done correctly. The top step pitched forward. I immediately informed the workers via phone. The worker Sean's answer was to say vile things to me and curse me out. I called Franco when he returned from vacation. He and another worker came to my home on 4/20 and added a topcoat. The agreement was if that did not correct the problem, he would return in 3 weeks and redo the steps. Based on that agreement he was paid in full. I notified him on 4/22, that the top step now has a bump and is cracked and would need to be redone. I attempted to reach him several times on 5/17 and 18. Once he answered and told me he would call me back in 10 minutes. It is 6/19, I am still waiting. Other times it went to voicemail. I called from my cell phone, after identifying myselg, he said wrong number and hung up. Really, I can see the number I called. When I got to my office, I called his phone. This time a man answered and identified himself as his son. When I identified myself, the son started yelling vile comments and cursing me out. No woman should ever be spoken to in that manner. Today I opened a complaint with the BBB.
