Social Buddy

Poor communication. Cant speak to anyone on the phone.. They hide behind the same couple of statements for every issue.. "That's standard for the industry" or " software only does what you tell it to do" I gave 3 stars because my following did grow a little. How ever 90% of them are other professionals in my field, none of whom are real potential customers to me. That reason in particular is why I decided to cancel. I don't think this business is a sham.. They are just frustrating to work with and the results aren't great. I'm sure they will respond saying its my fault. No problem, I went with another company who has a phone number, seems to offer more, and is less expensive. I will update this review If I find this service is status quo for the industry.

They fulfill their duties. It can be pricey. If you have a password change, they take a day or 2 to get to you. So you miss out on those days of marketing.

I wasn’t going to leave a review, but I really think these guys are rock stars! They helped me grow my Instagram account so I could focus on my business. I’ve made most of my sales now through my new followers on Insta!
