I had insurance with NE Insurance outlet for years. The company is located at 5417 Oxford Ave in Philadelphia. The old owner Howard P was great to work with. Unfortunately the company got sold; from that point forward NE insurance rates had gone up every year. I had called several other companies to compare rates and I was able to save over a $1000on my home owner policies, I had to switch companies. I switched to The R&S insurance group in Wayne PA. Today 8/ 15/2015 I had called Mark my old agent from NE Insurance. I will say, I am sorry I did. I cannot believe how obnoxious Mark was after years of service. I had a question regarding an old policy invoice. Mark was rude and very short tempered and downright nasty. I was told, if I had any question to call the main insurance company Foremost and never to call him again and hung the phone up on me. Foremost did answer my questions and did resolve my concerns. It is unfortunate that is how some people choose to do business. I DO NOT recommend NE insurance to anyone.
