I have been going here for years. My father was quite fond of the ladies who work here because they knew what they was talking about, they are always willing to go the extra mile to make sure you know what you are doing before, during and after something gets done. They don't treat you like a dummy for asking questions. And the prices seem fair. Julia helped me out multiple times and each time she went the extra step to make sure I understood everything and I ee what needed to be done. Definitely recommend!!

Have my motorcycle paperwork done here. Joy made everything finished in 10 min(I preliminary sent all the doc scans to her email). I have only good experience. One remarkable thing is that you should have cash or pay extra 2-3% for card payments.

In 2015, I needed to transfer a vehicle from a family member who lives in another state to my name. I am from the Lehigh Valley (90 minutes north of Philadelphia). I contacted a few notaries in my area and explained the situation to them. Some of them said that my situation was too complicated for anything they dealt with and didn't want to get involved, for fear of making some administrative mistake. Others said I would have to get my relative to notarize the original title in the respective state of residence, and also bring in a whole host of documents that I didn't even have. After calling a few places, someone recommended Titan Auto tags as a place that gets things done and simplifies complex situations. I decided it would be worth a try so I drove down there and explained my situation in detail. I spoke to a white woman who had red, rosy cheeks. She said that they would be able to do a title transfer for me without all of the paperwork that other notaries had been asking for if I agreed to have the new title remain at the notary. I was fine with that condition. I went back home, prepared the documents the woman said she needed, and then came back about a week later. I had to spend about $50 on a bus ticket since I was having issues with my car. This time, I spoke to a black haired woman with glasses. I told her everything that the other woman told me. The black haired woman said that what the other lady was trying to do was illegal and they weren't going to do the transfer for me without all of the additional paperwork that notaries in my own area requested from the beginning. Titan Auto Tags was a complete waste of time. I was given inaccurate information by one of the employees and nobody else at the notary did anything to rectify the situation. I wasted a lot of time and gas because of that false information.
