An order was placed for delivery to our hotel. After 75 minutes I called and was told by a nice lady that our order had left to be delivered some time ago. After 90 minutes we called back and was told by the same lady who was not nice this time that there was no order...but our card had been charged so...IDK, but we won't be ordering from there again.

This is the second and last time I’ll ever order from here. Last week I ordered a blue berry pie sundae I basically paid $8 for a cup of vanilla ice cream and a small scoop of blueberry on top. Tonight I ordered a banana split and it was All over the bag, looks like it was Literally shaken up. I couldn’t even make out what it was And the Icecream is all mostly melted.

If your looking for ice cream don’t order from here excessive wait times every time I go to this ice cream shop the owners an workers are so nasty rude a disrespectful so unprofessional not to mention they let a little boy probably 8-10 deliver their orders just overall a very bad experience wouldn’t recommend
