Im so disappointed in myself for not reading these reviews this is by far the worst most unprofessional company Ive ever had the misfortune of using .. over a month of errors on their end , mistakes , taxes not being paid properly (for 8 months they were not filing my wage tax my company was shut down over a measly 3k) no one answers transfers long holds promises for call backs this is the fourth week in a row Ive spent hours on the phone because they have a hold on my account due to an error on their end every time they life it it gets out right back on .. ! HORRIBLE COMPANY USE ANYONE BUT THEM .. horrible .

It has been 4 months since closing my business account, because they stole money from my account on 2 different occasions. I have been given multiple dates on when my "refund" would be deposited. I never received any money back. I would advise anyone against using this service. They are extremely unprofessional and they steal.

Paychex needs to clean house. Huge turnover. Mistake after mistake. Horrible indifference. The higher-ups dont even seem to care. I used them for many years, but the last 2 or 3 were shear hell. I think I averaged at least an hour every pay period over the last 7 months I used them trying to get them to rectify their mistakes, many of which were pretty serious in nature. The new company I use is flat-out awesome in comparison.

Like others have stated, this place seems to not understand how to do anything. It's nearing the end of March and they have yet to process a W2 for me - when I call, they say they have to talk to the business owner, who I know for a fact they did speak to and told her a digital and paper copy was being generated. When the person I spoke to looked up the account they said no W2s were processed, when I brought up what the business owner had told me - that's when I started getting the repeat of "I cannot speak to you any more about this we have to talk to the business owner" over and over again. I tried to ask in general, why they would not process a W2 for hours worked in the previous year, and got the same repeated line. Do your future self a favor and do not enlist the services of Paychex.
