They're always able to work around any changes in my schedule and the staff is always professional, friendly and super energetic about doing a great job.         I scheduled an appointment, they called me to confirm the day before, and then didn't show up. I called them multiple times and left a message, but no one answered or called me back. Edited to add in response to Merry Maid's response: I was right by my door with my phone in my hand. No one came, no one called.
