        This company is very unprofessional. The employees are not professional. I am trying to change company and go to a better one. They have to improve on the way they handle their clients. Very frustrating.

        No job is perfect BUT im a client/employee of kindestcare. For my current situation the pay is fair. I do work outside the home also. If there is a problem with clocking in/out i call The agency and they handle it. Clients need HHA that are caring skilled and punctual. In any life situation COMMUNICATION is key. Kindestcare has been good for my family situation others may complain but since i am on both sides of the fence i see the full picture. A family member who needs responsible aides and i am a HHA that communicates with my agency staff. Kindestcare is a good agency i would recommend it to anyone looking for HHA ir if you need to care for a love one in the home.
