Nice downtown location. They were about to close when I called , they waited 10 extra minutes for me during a rain storm. I got an awesome sound bar, white with a slight curved shape not to loud, just right for our room. The gentleman tested it for me, he was very kind. They have many speakers and other cool electronic, Go see them.

I put money down towards a sound bar. Admittedly I was moving and left it there for quite some time. I called and asked them if they could hold it until a certain date, they agreed. However when I went to pick it up I was told it was sent back. I’ve been trying to get my money back for almost a month now. Whenever I’m in the area I stop in but the owner, Alex, is never there. I’d have to wait around for “45 minuets” for him to come back and I don’t have the time. I call and he pretends he can’t hear me. He and the other owner are very nice but crooked salesmen.

Ordered an item on amazonand waited 5 weeks to get it. Then two weeks later one of the channels went bad. So I contacted stereo city to resolve the problem. Felt with a guy named Alex and he gave me an address to send it back to stereo city. So I sent the item ups and two weeks later I call apex to see if he will send me another unit and he tells me they moved the store location and the old address was no longer any good for shipping items too. The old unit got sent back to me at my cost and my issue was still not resolved. Alex told me that by that time it had been more than a month since time of purchase so I have to go directly to technical pro for warrany issues. What a waste of my time and money dealing with this company. After getting nowhere with Alex, I asked to speak to a manager or owner and he couldn't tell me who that was. Very unsatisfied. Kept giving me the run around.
