image I saw Lisa Blackman a few days ago for problems I have had since childhood that never really got recognized and had only gotten worse at this point in my life. It was a bit confusing to find her office I will admit, since its not obvious, and its not your typical office a bit crowed; BUT when you have a specialist who is an expert in their field like Lisa its does matter to a degree what you working space is just as long as you can treat the patient correctly and give them the bet care. Lisa Blackman did all of this for me, she knew what I had before she even tested me, which is very impressive and really shows he years of experience and expertise. She was a pleasant person with work with and deeply appreciate her time to investigate and diagnose my issues that really helped explain the things that have effected me my whole life!! Though like myself, she is very old fashioned and she respects honesty and for every patient to hold themselves with dignity, when you have a business your reputation is all ya got not matter who you are. She is a wonderful person to work with if you need help with you hearing issues!!

image I would not recommend this physician. My experience with Dr. Blackman left everything to be desired. She is impatient, insensitive and unprofessional. I am fortunate to have found a different doctor for my hearing aid needs.

image In October 2014 I got my hearing aids and it was wrong. I returned it in a few days. By contract the company had to return my money within 30 days. I called them numerous times, Lisa Blackman ( owner ) promised to send check, but did not. We had to go to court. Got Judgement in our favor,but even now it is October 2015, money is not refunded still. Very bad experience. Be careful with this company.

image I ordered hearing aids. When they were delivered it was not what i ordered and I did not hear. I returned them immideately. By the contract Money should be refunded. I am calling and waiting from October 2014. Lisa Blackman promised to refund, but she did not. Now is March 10, 2015. I don't recommend.

image The audiologist Lisa Blackwell is overworked and it shows in the quality of service she puts out. She is very judgmental and unprofessional. I went to the south Philadelphia office for my mother for 20 years when someone was running the office for her but recently retired. The service was excellent. Dr. Blackwell needs to hire someone to manage the office since she is getting forgetful. Because of these issues my mother have been waiting 6 months to get her hearing aid approved after I have did the research for her and supplied the required information. The office actually forgot to do it, So the referral expired.  Now they are saying  we have to start the process over. I complained to the office manager and mentioned going elsewhere,... He told me have a good day( My mother is 91 and have been a customer for over 20 years)
