I went to this shop for the first time back in February. I showed a picture of what I wanted. They said they could do it, no problem. The style I wanted was (small faux locs), now I know that the picture will most likely not be a perfect match for what they do but it needs to be close or similar. They gave me huge thick faux locs. I did NOT ask for this. Id never had faux locs so didnt know how theyre done, what theyre supposed to look or feel like, and they knew that. It also doesnt help they spent the whole time speaking French so God knows what they were plottin. The spaces were huge between each loc, they were very thick, and to me it seemed like they just wanted to do what was easier and faster for them, instead of what I asked for. I was so sad and disappointed that I took them out less than 24 hours later. Not to mention it costs $300 plus the $69 for hair I had to buy myself, and they didnt even use all the hair (no refund back from the hair store btw. To sum it up I will never step foot in here again. I was disappointed and wasted $400. Do not go to this place.
