I was a first time client that came in for tape-in extensions almost 2 weeks ago and Adia failed to execute the technique. One of my extensions was hanging within 24hours of getting it done and I lost 2 more within the following 3 days. She reinstalled the tracks that came out without any problem, so I did appreciate her customer service in regards to that. She said that the adhesive probably didn't take to my hair, but some tracks are secure without any issues so that couldn't have been it. Also, the tracks were placed too close to the scalp, so it was painful when I tried to style it. Placing them further down would have allowed for the hair to be more flexible and tension free. I paid for tension free versatile extensions, which were supposed to last at least a month. I have to take the remainder of the extensions out because, there are too many gaps in my hair now and I'm scared to brush it and it just looks a mess. I didn't reach out to her a second time because I just don't have faith that she has mastered the technique and I can't afford to have someone playing in my hair. This was $450 down the drain. I gave her two stars because she was attentive to my sensitive scalp when determining which products to use, she was friendly, professional, polite and the shop was nice. She uses organic products as well. I wasn't too crazy about the styling or the baby hair that looked like finger waves, but I didn't take stars off for that. That was just a matter of personal preference. I just hope that I can save somebody from wasting their money. Service: Hair extensions

This place is heaven sent. Adiyah and her team are amazing... great hairstylists, very clean, professional, and a beautiful atmosphere. Adiyah is my hairstylist and her hands are gifted. She is a perfectionist and makes sure each strand of hair is in its intended place for the most optimal look. I always leave her salon with a smile on my face feeling happy and refreshed.
