I use to go to this salon a while ago and then stopped (because my stylist left) but since its close to my house I decided to go there for two feedin braids. Im a very punctual person and respect peoples time, so I was there at 9 AM for my appointment when I got there I was told that they didnt have black hair for my braids and that the salon owner wouldnt be providing the hair anymore. Ive gotten the style done multiple times other places and everywhere Ive went they provide braiding hair. As it is youre changing $50 for two braids and to not provide braiding hair is just ridiculous. Regardless of all that I didnt want to cancel on the stylus since it wasnt her fault so she told me if I wanted to go to the beauty, supply store and buy hair then I was welcome to do that and she would braid my hair. This whole process of me going to the beauty supply store and buying hair and coming back pushed my appointment time by 45 minutes all together . It was such a huge inconvenience especially because I left my baby at home with my husband, and he had to be at work by a certain time. Time is money and no one has time to waste so to make clients go buy their own braiding hair, even though I was told on the phone when I scheduled my appointment that they do provide the hair and have the hair that I needed. Customer service should be top priority, but I feel that my overall experience was not pleasant at all, will not be returning to this salon. PS The pictures posted were a few hours after hair was braided and it was already coming out not to mention the braids were lopsided (one is higher than the other) SAD Service: Braids
