CKO Kickboxing Center City

Just did my second class! I usually do strength training one or two times a week at a gym, but apparently haven't been working hard enough because these kickboxing classes kick my butt (in the best way). I HATE cardio and usually only force myself to do it as a warmup, but these kickboxing classes make it really fun, and I love that I'm learning how to defend myself too. I wore my MyZone tracker to my first class and burned over 700 calories in a 45 minute class!

Been going to this location since Oct 2022. Owners are great people and the staff is amazing. Carlos brings energy to all his classes he instructs and constantly brings a smile. and Anna is always so kind and empowering. She inspires me so much. Their more recent instructor Roberto is also awesome. Not typically a morning person but hes down to earth, really focuses on form and puts together a great class that I love to go! Thanks CKO for being family and making my the journey of my fitness goals a fun process

This company is a complete scam. All they care about is taking your money, and afterwards you have to fight tooth and nail to get it backthat is, if they even bother to respond within three weeks. Dont sign up, its not worth it. The classes are fine, but whatever scam x-number of week challenge theyre running, avoid! Its not worth the money, and its certainly not worth the hassle. The owner, Gabe, makes it seem like theyre in such demand for this particular reason, but if theres any advice I can give is do not give them your money.

I Went there for the whole summer during my exchange colleague year in Philadelphia!!!! This place is so amazing!!!! Instructors are so motivating and Provide great small group workouts! Its a perfect place for someone who hates cardio! the instructors and front desk (Andrew, Gabriel, Robert, Dylan) were so friendly and awesome and patient!!! Highly recommend this place and Id definitely go back!!!!

So grateful for this space and this incredibly supportive staff! Even when I slip in my consistency with CKO, I am motivated by the teams energy and kindness upon arrival and feel just the push I need. Working out especially in gym spaces can be so intimidating, but everyone is so incredibly welcome and focused on getting you your absolute best workout. Its so much fun, and I look forward to my next class every time! Much love and appreciation to the CKO team especially Anna, Andrew, & Carlos!!
