I was somewhat upset because i havent heard from them in a week about my item so i figured i wasnt getting it. Called them to inquire about the item and Loren picked up the phone and let me tell you... This lady has the best customer services skills ive seen in awhile. The conversation was everything. I explained to her what the issue was and right away she took care of everything. I like to feel wanted when i spend my money and she did just that. I suggest anyone who do business with them to ask for her and trust me she'll take care of you

I believe the staff has changed tho to be fair I had pleasant experiences before. But these ladies were awesome. Lauren walked me thru my order(which I have a beef because had they not called my phone and reached out to me, I wouldn't have ordered anything from Rent a Center at all today) and my delivery. She was pleasant, gave me all the information I needed and even tried to expedite my process considering the website promotes one thing and tells the stores another. All in all A+... I may order more things now

Dishonest and destructive. The refrigerator I rented for a week was fine, but the store failed to pick it up when scheduled -for three days. During that time they lied repeatedly about the truck being "on the way." When they arrived, they gouged a strip out of the frame of my door.
