Is 0/5 stars an option? Because the customer service is deplorable at minimum. I ordered directly from the florist site and they claimed they were unable to make the arrangement due to all staff being sick (should have been noted on the site) anyhow things happen but the male employee that called me needs some customer service skills. If you work for a business, for the public you don’t talk to someone nasty and like they are someone in the street. Carry and speak like a professional. Will never recommend and will be contacting the BBB

All I can say is I'm very impressed. I've been reviewing floral flower shops and this one is a true gem I the heart of Allegheny West. And to boot you have Denise's bakery right across the street if you want to check them out.

On July 5th an order was sent to them via Telefloral for a funeral in Philadelphia, PA the customer is from Virginia Beach, VA. They did not reject the order there for by telefloral standards they are required to deliver the flowers. They did not deliver the flowers for a funeral, and we only found out 45 min prior to the funeral starting July 7th. They had ample time to reject the order so another florist could have received the order. The customer was highly upset because it was her sister, and her last living sibling so it was very much important that those flowers were delivered. This flower shop failed in a major way!!!!!!!!! There customer service is even worse when called about the order they were rude on the phone and then hung up in our face.. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM FOR ANY USE SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!
