So far the best flight school ever. Very caring and welcome environment. After being taken advantage of by a so call big name flight school. They rescue me and complete my Instrument training in 6weeks. I am about to start my Commercial training with tailwinds and no doubt I am expected to have the same experience. The place to be.

I started my flight training at another school and decided I needed a change. A friend with the hanger next to Howard suggested I look into Tailwinds and I've never looked back. Friendly experienced staff and well maintained aircraft make this a great place to learn to fly. The other benefit is training at a towered airport, it really gives you the full experience and helps sharpen your radio skills.

I am a 24 year old commercial pilot in training and completed my private pilot and instrument training at another flight school based out of KPNE. I wish I had known about Tailwinds when I started my training because they are such a great group of helpful and nice people that are really on your side in terms of making flight training affordable and efficient. The facilities are great and the airplanes are amazing for an extremely competitive price. I highly recommend reaching out to this flight school for any of your training or rental needs.

I had a great experience with the Tailwinds flight school staff!!! From the instructors to the office staff and the owner they are all great people and will help you all the way.
