I love Dr.Orloff very much!!! Unfortunately, the receptionist is horrible!!! Their attitude is repulsive. I never experience such rude behavior from a receptionist at a doctor's office. They really need customer service training. I will take me and my insurance somewhere else.

I feel bad giving Dr. Orloff's office two stars and it honestly has zero to do with her or Michael. The receptionist is just so rude that every time I have to call I put it off and dread the interaction. I had to call to receive a referral for a specialist appointment and Penn told me they didn't receive anything. I called to confirm that Dr. Orloff's office had sent it and the receptionist was so short and accusatory towards me-- basically brushing me off. I will be switching doctors and I sincerely hope my review and the others on Yelp who seem to be offended by the receptionists will be heard out by Dr. Orloff as it's now affecting her business.

I've been coming here for a decade and the wait staff has never said "hello" to me or greeted me in any way.  I've seen the actual doctor 1 time.  Also: get a card reader already.  It's like going to a mafia-fronted business: CASH ONLY.  If you're gonna be cash only: GET AN ATM.

I used to be a patient of Dr. Lang´s and have been with Dr. Orloff since Lang left. I just love her. She has great bedside manners, she is compassionate, caring, she listens... what else could you want from a person who is in charge of your health? The front desk? I know many people have complained but I honestly like them. They greet me when I come in, they answer my questions and feel empathy when I have to pay out of pocket because I don´t have insurance. I have had to call them to ask for a same day referral and they helped me. I still recommend this practice to any person who asks me.

Dr. Orloff has been great every time I've seen her. She's personable, listens attentively and very sincere about helping me and providing medical advice. That said, the ladies that work in the front of the office are incredibly short, impatient and sometimes rude. It makes me not want to go to the doctor for regular appointments. Even worse is that the office is practically impossible to reach on the phone! whenever I call there's a message about being "currently open but unable to take routine phone calls". This message is heard at least 8 out of 10 times I call.  There's not even an answering machine available to leave a message most of the time. I've been thinking about switching doctors purely because this office is so difficult to reach for "routine" things such as prescription refills - I should not have to call back 7-8 times each time a need a refill just to FINALLY be able to leave a message and never hear back from the front staff.While Dr. Orloff is fantastic, the way that the office is run leaves a lot to be desired.
