        I moved in 2018 and i'm still waiting for them to come back and fix my yard so i can maintain it. Still waiting to fix my railing for simple reason they were being cheap and place 3 different wood, Laundry water pipe was fix at least that but the worker did a bid job putting things back , my yard still getting flooded, it still rain inside my house and i mean it slides down the back yard door. i can keep on. my first time rent and the worst experience... I called L&I and the House commission ,,, I have video and photos

        The worst rental experience ever the house are falling apart and they never send anyone to fix it. The roof in my bedroom has leaked 4 time and they never sends anyone to fix it
