Fern Rock Hardware - Locksmith Services

I called this place around 5 pm to get services, I later returned the call stating I no longer needed it. They repeatedly call me numerous times from numerous numbers wanting to know the specific reason why I canceled. It’s 7:30 at night and that was the last call I received so far and I’m hoping that’s it. This is completely unacceptable! If I do need services I will never call this establishment. That is harassment!

One word, FANTASTIC! I loved the work they did with my vehicle’s door lock. They responded to my call within several minutes and came to my aide on time. Half of the car keys go stuck in the keyhole and how quickly they took them. I was so amazed by their work and couldn’t thank them enough for helping me out.

Fern Rock Hardware is a very nice place that you can find hard to find items at affordable prices. However, it has nothing to do with lock services. Lock services use the fame of Fern Lock Hardware and pretends as if it's part of Fern Rock hardware. Beware of this if you want to contact Locksmith services. Fern Rock Hardware is nothing to do with lock services and lock services does not exist at this location.

Sorry owner, but I don't think there will be a next time.. I grew up around the neighborhood knowing this place was good with everything. Ever since what ever new management came in and bought this mom and pop shop from under the original owners has gone to pieces. There's no salvaging this place. This place was always the go to place when it came to everything, but not anymore.
