As I entered Radio Shack I was greeted with hello may I help you with a smile. I went in trying to find a plug for a speaker and Justine and Erin went out of their way to help me get what was need for the speaker I brought in. Justine was very helpful by car ring it to the counter. He and Erin told me I would need to take it to a place tgat,specializes in the kind of speaker that I had because the cord I need wouldn't give it he echoing sound we were hearing. Thank you Justin and Erin for all your help I was able to get the cord needed and no more echoing. 5 stars to you guys keep up the good work!

I just called to see if they had a standard elecctronic fuse. I even had the model number, but he said I have to come in. I asked if at least he had an 8 amp fuse of any kind, so I won't have to waste my trip. He hung up on me. Classy.

This place is horrible. Overpriced and completely dishonest. As a former employee, I could tell you all the horrors of "service plans" and how they sell broken returned items that's half the time missing peaces as well. The staff there are very helpful, but the management, as well as their methods of business are not worth anyone's hard earned money.
