This company was the best. The electricians was very courteous and helpful. They were very patient with the process of the remodeling of my kitchen. They went over and beyond what was in the contract. Their prices were also very reasonable. I would use them for other projects if needed.

Recently bought an electric dryer to replace one that was about 30 years old. The old one was 'hardwired' which apparently doesn't fly these days. I needed an electrical receptacle installed so that the dryer could be plugged in. I called City Wide and they came out on very short notice- within an hour. They had the necessary cords, box- everything needed to get the dryer running. They even made the vent hose more secure. They were polite, cleaned up and did a great job. Very reasonable cost especially on such short notice. I will not hesitate to have them do any future electrical work.

tldr: Very good work, fair prices, will use them again! I am still entrenched in a bunch of projects for my new house but I realized journeying through experiences with the "cash grab" outfits, folks who clearly have no idea what they are doing (of course you don't know it until they've done something irretrievable to your house), etc, I ought to take some time to sing the praises of Kevin and Jimmy. I started out interviewing no less than 6 licensed and insured companies for the job; Citywide's pricing was fair, in line with the industry and I found I had "a good feeling" about them. I wasn't wrong. I worked primarily with Jimmy and Pat on a total replacement for my knob and tube wiring. I found that Jimmy was nothing short of fastidious in his work and many others "in the business" have complimented on the quality and attention to detail in the final product. My house was a full blown construction zone when Citywide was here but these guys took care of my house as if it was finished - I really appreciated that since a lot of others have treated everything around them as "fixable" or "disposable", resulting in some very costly future repairs. Jimmy and Kevin even went out of their way to recommend I make certain decisions that would later support retaining the charm of the old house, which I can't tell you how grateful I am now for those pointers. I plan to use this company for many years to come; the attention to detail, care, and respect that Kevin, Jimmy, and Pat show is second to none.
