PIDC is one THE BEST resources available for small and growing business owners in Philadlephia! The workshops and services they offer are second to none I have encountered, and their staff is highly trained and professional. I recommend them to any business owners looking for professional services, financial assistance , or even simple advice. Check out the events and workshops on their website, they are incredible and the speakers they bring are the best in their industry.

Terrible customer service. We have called and emailed Heather Hanowitz VP and Senior Loan officer 4 times. We are a minority owned certified business with a City issued contact. Several people from city government and the commerce departments recommended that we reach out to PIDC for additional finance options. How do you connect with a company that will not bother to call or email you in return? Unprofessional.
