absolutely terrible. i dropped off a dress here and when i got it back the neck was completely stretched out. the dress was ruined. when i took it back in they refused to give me a refund and told me thats just the way the dress is. i told that it didnt look like that before i brought it in and they said it was the materials fault and theres nothing they could do. they told me to call the police so they could come and see if i should get a refund. it was truly bizarre. they are crazy. never coming back.

I am extremely happy with the service and the quality of their work. Everyone is so kind and friendly. I’ve been going to G & G for months now to wash and press my hubby’s dress shirts and do my dry cleaning and each time our clothes have been perfect. I totally recommend this spot!

I brought a pair of suede leather booties into the store and was told it would take 10 days. I received a phone call after more than a week asking about a stain on the boots and they told me they couldn't guarantee whether the stain would be removed and did I want to move forward. I said that I did, and when I showed up to pick up my boots the date I had been given I was told that it would take another 2+ weeks because "they only come on Mondays" for the shoes. I had already waited over 10 days to pick them up. No one communicated with me the "only Monday" thing and I would have planned my timeline accordingly. After I told the woman behind the counter that I would no longer be bringing them my business she told me that "this is the way things are." No further communication. The shoes came back clean over a month later. They may do decent work, but their lack of communication and inability to meet deadlines makes me not want to return.
