Always employees running around and when you need a cashier they point you to the automated ones in which one is Broke . Seen a lady in line stood behind her the cashier rung her up and directed me to the automated one , are you kidding me ? Nothing but lazy employees

I would leave zero stars if I could!
Since 9/13 this CVS pharmacy has refused to fill my monthly prescription that they have in their possession, it was wired to them by my prescribing doctor. My insurance will cover it. I have requested it several times in person and need it.
It is 10/7 at 9:01pm. I spoke with the pharmacist in charge today. She found the prescription in their system. Gave me her word it would be filled today and that I would receive a text when it was ready. No text. I have called several times. They did not answer. And finally tonight when I called at 8:45pm they didn’t answer and now they are closed.
So they have my prescription with 5 refills. It is legal. It is covered by my insurance. There is no reason not to fill it. They have it in stock. I have been taking it for a while. They are still refusing to fill it—withholding prescribed medication for no valid reason is illegal.

This CVS needs an overhaul of staff and supply Getting customer service in this location was difficult. The employees did not seem interested in assisting or answering questions. The store also needs to be cleaned. The rugs and shelves are dirty. Many of the shelves were empty in all areas of the store. The seasonal area was a mess. Halloween and Christmas together, already. Also, the cards were Christmas but advertising Halloween. Why? The parking lot is big but it’s a mess. Trash everywhere. Clean that up. Empty the trash cans. And, I did not appreciate being followed around by security.
