Please don’t go for them. I took their refresher course which they said is to prepare for the test before taking the actual test. After 2 weeks of wait they finally scheduled me. On the day of test we reached 15-20 minutes early only to come to know that they don’t even have a car to either prepare me or take test. Me and my husband had taken off from the office just for the test. But then they asked me to wait for 45 minutes and the car might come. Car didn’t come but the examiner came. So we requested them to then use my car for the course. Which they agreed but didn’t prepare me for the test and said they anyways just do random 10-15 minutes lesson( which is not what they said during booking for the package). After 1h of wait, they asked me to straight away give me the test. I got nervous but thought of giving the test just to save our day off. The examiner Bill was very rude. He made comments like we don’t have full day to take your test as I was waiting for the straight traffic to yield. I didn’t pass my test either in all the hussle. Please don’t go for them. It’s a waste of your money and time. They are very unprofessional and rude.
