Factory Donuts Mayfair-Philadelphia Location

Stopped by on Saturday morning, 10/23/21 during published hours and store was closed. Called the number to see if hours were adjusted and the number responded with a bust tone. Not sure if they have been hit by the "Great Resignation" or not. It would be too bad if they've had to shutter their operation.

I placed an order through their app a few weeks ago only to find out they were closed when I got there. They haven't been open since. I've been calling and emailed them but no answer. I called the Donut Factory in Newtown and they said the Mayfaur location is remodeling. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Great place, delicious cakey donuts and the staff always stand out with great service. Unfortunately similarly to others' experience I came at 10am on a Wednesday and the place was closed, despite the "YES, WE'RE OPEN!" sign on the front door. Disappointing and frustrating to come over only to find nobody there despite the posted hours.
