I was on the phone with my dad while he went to go get help the receptionist and Dr was unprofessional with communicating with my father. They treated him as if they did not want him in there today and I work in a dr. office. He needed his hearing aid that was not working to be checked. The dr did not have him try anything on after stating it was the build up wax. My father hearing aid is still not working properly.

Only one thing that I could say about this doctor, and that is a thieve and has no regards for peoples' money. Went to him 2 times so far for my ear. The first time he gave me a prescription to treat my ear and told me that the next time I come he should be able to remove the rest of the wax. Paid 150 that first visit. Second time I went to him, nothing happened. He saw that there is something growing in my ear and have to go into surgery to get it remove. He did absolutely nothing different and charged me a $100 for a 5 minute visit for an issue that should have been seen from the first visit if he is actually a good doctor.
