Amazing doctor, he is the beat. Been my doctor since ei was 13. I'm 36. I would not go any other place..wife is so helpful. I got to 5th and olney office. I been to both. Nice people.

The assistant that works there is just miserable with her job. The doctor and front desk lady is a charm But the assistant has such an attitude problem and is so unprofessional. As I recall, she is nothing but an assistant.. she has no superiority over anyone else. There is no reason she should feel she has the right to roll her eyes at someone or raise her voice at the patient if they didn’t hear their name called the first time. This is not to belittle her role but to emphasize her unprofessionalism. She has no patience and uses an aggressive tone when she speaks to patients.

I would give zero stars if possible. Dr. Truong was my doctor some 20+ years ago. I moved out of the area but my parents stayed with him. It's not so much Dr. Truong as his terrible office manager, his wife. She refuses to send in referrals for a specialist my mother needed. She runs the office like a tyrant and only if you know how to bribe her (yeah really, bribing the doctor's wife) will you get special benefits that you pay for. She preys on the Asian community who is afraid to go elsewhere. They need to retire and let people find real healthcare.
