        We recently Hired E-Z demolition to do the Interior Demolition of an Investment property that we own in South Philadelphia. We were immediately impressed with the owners knowledge of the process and what is required in the City of Philadelphia. Joe explained the entire process to us, thoroughly. He handled everything for us and within a week the house was ready for remodeling. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs demolition Services. Great Work, Professional and EXCELLENT PRICE.

        I recently purchased a Property in West Philadelphia that need a complete Interior Demolition. I called the Guys from E-Z Demolition and they came right out and gave me an estimate. The price was right and I hired them on the spot. I was under a tight schedule and need the work done immediately, Joe and his crew were able to get in and get out right away and had the entire project done in 3 DAYS.
