I went to the PPA to get a parking permit for my new home we have 2-hour parking all around my neighborhood there was no waiting in line the lady was very kind same for the security guy and it only cost me $35 for a whole Year's parking around my whole area so thank you to the PPA staff for all their help and kindnesses J Higgins

Start reporting them to your local politician office. This agency and the ppl who work for them should be ashamed. Class action lawsuit for their theft is coming soon.
