ImpactEDI provided an Allyship and Cultural Competency training for our community-based organization. There was a pre-training survey that participants completed which led to a very responsive training that met our organization where we were in our cultural competency process. The training allowed for the leadership in our organization to reflect more deeply on the work we needed to do to be more inclusive. Our ImpactEDI trainer provided graphics of the process an organization goes through in becoming more culturally competent and inclusive. This allowed us to locate ourselves in the process and determine the work we still needed to do as an organization to be more inclusive and culturally competent. ImpactEDI provides trainings that are tailored to your organization’s needs and starts where the organization is in terms of awareness and culture competence. I would highly recommend ImpactEDI to provide diversity & inclusion trainings to your organization. Stacey is very well versed in her craft and ensures a safe/welcoming space for our employees to have difficult conversations. She is very collaborative and has been sure to apply new insights as shes gotten more familiar with our team through multiple sessions.
