Do not use this guy. Alex does not deliver on his promises. I contracted him to expedite permits for my home in June. He claimed that he can do it in 10 days. It is now August and he has yet to deliver on any of his promises and has been given me the run-around when it comes to reimbursement as the contract states. He has given my number out to two people who I have no idea, but he claims are on his team, to try and change my mind. I just really want to be reimbursed. He may talk a good game but do not fall for it. Alex will leave you high and drive with tons of excuses and take your hard earned cash. … Update. Had to take him to court after months of the runaround. It’s been a year since the incident and still no reimbursement from Alex. He’s a terrible business owner. Buyers beware because he will take you for a ride.

Worsest service of my life. Had to wait for a week to have an appointment and cancelled me 3 hours prior it with no chance of rescheduling. My nightmare is that I still need my appointment and no one answer the phone!!!!!!!!!

Alex provided all of our building permits in a very timely fashion. Highly recommended for building permits and property total rehabilitation in Philadelphia. He always answers the phone and works hard at getting zoning issues resolved too. Several of my investor friends have used him and I have never heard of any complaint as to his honesty, competency and ability to get almost impossible zoning issues pushed through. His contacts in downtown are deep.He can and will get it done...Highly recommended!!!! Alex has been great and very professional. He has worked very hard to expedite the permits with the city. He is a wonderful man to work with and I highly recommend his company. High Quality device and great customer service.
